A really helpful personal service at all times

Mickey gave us a fair deal on our trade-in and the new purchase BMW X3. He was really helpful organising the paperwork for transferring the personalised plate, taxing new car etc. Car was fully serviced MOT and in great condition when we collected.

Fantastic service

Only bought the car yesterday, but so far fantastic service and did not feel rushed or pressured in to buying the car and leave. Mick took time out of his day off to meet us at the dealership and was very friendly and informative on the car. Like I said I only drove the car away yesterday but I’m sure all will be well, plus the car has had a full service and MOT before driving away and a 6 month warranty really does make me feel reassured that I went to the right place for a car 😁

Great service, excellent car. I found them to be very helpful and communication was good. There was always someone on the end of the phone to answer my questions about the car. They had to wait a while until I was able to raise the funds but this was not an issue. I've not had many dealings with companies on Autotrader but this has been the best by far. They even supplied number plates for my personalised registration. I've not needed to use the comprehensive warranty yet but I'm sure that if I do there shouldnt be any issues. I'm quite happy to recommend them.

Car is perfect and found the garage very accommodating. Will see how it goes as I have a six month warranty but can't fault the customer service so far. I would recommend.

Great service and good use of buying a car with a warranty

Purchased a car in early January and Mick was extremely helpful from start to finish. After a few months, unfortunately the car registered a fault. Luckily, the car came with a 6 month warranty and as soon as I spoke to Mick, he was great and organised the car to be fixed with absolutely no issues or complications. I think a top quality sign of a company, is when you do actually have an issue, and it's how they resolve it where they show their true customer service. From start to finish they managed expectations and have dealt with the fault and all being well, no further issues to come. Great service and would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect car purchase experience. Mick went above and beyond and has been a pleasure to deal with, he couldn’t do enough for us and nothing like a cliche pushy salesman, everything was how we wanted it to be. Part exchange was sorted within a few days and he even drove 3 hours to deliver car to us. Really do hope we can go back to them when we need our next car. I would highly recommend, even to our close family and friends, we can’t speak highly enough of them. Thanks again Mick!!

An excellent Company to deal with. We bought a car from M & A Cars and it was a very simple and straightforward experience. We dealt with Mick who was really helpful and friendly. The car was in wonderful condition both inside and out and after buying it we drove it home to Edinburgh. We discovered a couple of issues...the tyres on the back axle were different makes meaning the cruise control wouldn't engage and the battery would charge up. We contacted Mick who unhesitatingly told us to have both issues dealt with and M & A would pick up the tab. Payments for both were made to the garages concerned immediately the jobs were done. I cannot praise M & A Cars highly enough. It was the most positive experience of buying a used car I can ever remember having. Full marks!

Quality service After several aborted attempts to view a motor (all down to me, Covid and self isolation!) finally managed to make an appointment and get to M&A at the weekend. Mike had put the car in the workshop and we were able to look around it without any pressure, discuss it's history, etc. Came to a deal, invoice paid, paperwork sorted and we were on our way in the motor. Everything so far is fine and well pleased with the purchase. Mike was a very friendly, honest and engaging personality, no sales pressure but dealt with us very professionally.

Bought a 2014 Mercedes sprinter mwb that I seen on social media. Phoned up the garage and was very friendly and honest about the van. After being to see another sprinter from a " dealer " and not being what it said was I was very wary especially coming 450 miles away to pick it up. Got there and it was everything it said it was absolutely over the moon with it drove back no issues atall. Our company bought small van from M&A last October that came with 3 month warranty. Unfortunately timing belt snipped month after causing damage that required engine replacement. M&A without hesitation honoured terms of warranty and paid cost of replacement directly to our local garage who did the job. Decent and Trustworthy People!
